Before forming the BlueSky Group in 2001, Mr. Bryer spent twelve years in the interconnect industry serving as a
financial executive of ComNet of Ohio and president of Bell-Haun Systems. He has consulted with over two dozen
interconnects over the past 10 years and has prepared dealer presentation for Inter-Tel Technologies, Iwatsu America, Inc., and NEC of America. Mr. Bryer’s seminars are structured around profitability management.

Mr. Bryer, a certified public accountant, is a 1982 graduate of The Fisher School of Business at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. Mr. Bryer and his wife Karen reside in Powell, Ohio. They have two children, Roberto and Halie Jo.

Mark has been consulting in the area of mergers and acquisition with BlueSky for 3 years; specializing primarily in the pest control industry. Prior to BlueSky, Mark was the VP of Business Development for the lawn service division of a Fortune 600 company. During his 8 year tenure he was involved with over 75 acquisitions of small to medium sized lawn service companies. He had oversight of franchise operations and sales as well. In addition to his over 30 year involvement within the service industry, Mark has experience with franchise consulting in addition to general business development consulting with a small company emphasis and sensitivity.

He holds an MBA from The Ohio State University and a BBA from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.

Mr. O'Brien joined BlueSky in 2001 and has worked to identify hundreds of acquisition targets. Mr. O'Brien has developed a keen approach of keeping the targets interest in mind while at the same time informing them of buyers' motivation, acquisition process and valuation methods. Before joining the BlueSky Group he spent over 18 years in executive sales roles responsible for business development and planning, strategy, negotiation and client satisfaction for targeted accounts.

Tom is a 1982 graduate of The Ohio State University Fisher School of Business with majors in Marketing and Computer Information Science.

Jerry has been involved in Sales, Business Development, and Mergers and Acquisition activities for over 20 years. He lead corporate development teams for a 3 Billion dollar manufacturing company in its M&A and Joint Venture projects. He has been involved in over 15 acquisitions and divestitures both Domestic and International. His educational background is a BSBA in Business Administration for The Ohio State University, and an MBA from the University of Dayton.

Jerry and his wife Reba reside in Delaware Ohio with their two daughters.

Mr. Shufelt has over 25 years of experience in the lawn care industry. From 1994 - 1997, Jeff was V.P. of Operations for Barefoot Grass Lawn Service (NASDAQ listed company with over $100M in annual revenue.) Jeff owned and operated a full service maintenance company that focused on high value residential clients from 1997 – 2002. Jeff worked for Scotts Lawn Service between 2003 – 2006, doing acquisitions and also as a Regional Director.

Jeff received a B.S. in Agronomy from Iowa State University. He resides in Powell, Ohio with his wife and three children.
